How would Jesus surf?

And I don't mean of the Waikiki variety surfers for Jesus. If Jesus were here today and he didn't nick unlocked wireless broadband, then he'd do the next best thing and encourage the needy of internet to be fed. Out of the blue popped up this open wireless internet connection in Frankfurt. So I'll probably post more often. Herr Schmidt, I'm sorry, but I'm sure you have one of those unlimited downloads at 10 terrabytes per second for €2 a month packages. Ta.

Have a look at some of these pictures.

Below is Ronaldinho's uncle, complete with teeth.

Remember the screen on the River Main? People sitting to the right, Frankfurt skyline in the background.

I'll put some up as and when. Must dash, the sun rises.

Kemi, for want of a blog to exhibit your lack of breeding, you have come to raise wahala here again. Nkem, be warned about this shrew o!

Why can't you make your points in a decent manner? Why should you choose to litter people's blogs with dirty words? Is it that they didn't raise you well or you failed to imbibe good manners?

Anonymous,

Nkem and I have known each other for years and we are best of friends.

If he doesn't want me to swear on his blog, he will say so or even better delete my post.

He doesn't need anonymous strangers like you coming to his defence, so fuck off if you haven't got anything world-cup related to say.

Lolol...thats all a tad harsh.
Anyway with regards to Togo, i can feel their pain small oh! Half those boys arent playing football for national pride but to earn a living - alot of them arent paid well club wise and this was meant to be a cash windfall...alas! How many times have our very own super eagles started a small revolt cos of cash bonuses.
I am happy they're out - but thats just cos they had the audacity to sack the nigerian legend that got them to the world cup in the first place.

You said it oh, aihammed.
You said it.

See how they sent my Stephen Keshi away.
If they had played their ball with heart, enough foreign clubs would have signed them on. Even if it was for 1st or 2nd division football. Can't be worse than Togo.

Personally, I think the only way Naija or W.Africans in general is to send in the military. They are the only ones with the discipline, and Lord knows they need the exercise.

The other solution is to do what Gadaffi's son did (or was it Saddam's son?). FLOG THEM.

People mysteriously start to perform when they are threatened with a cane.

Nkem, like I always say...Give me a million dollars.

About N/Kem/i:
Since the riot on naijablog the other day, it's been my belief that Nkem & Kemi might in fact be one and the same.

My God! You've cracked the code!!
How did you do it? Are you some kind of genius? Or psychic?
Only someone who had a Primary 6 School Leaving Certificate could be this intelligent.

The fact that the names "Nkem" and "Kemi" share 3 letters is no co-incidence. This is actually a huge conspiracy and you've uncovered it. Well Done.

I suggest you use your genius to set up a Crime Scene Investigation Office in Nigeria. Your talents would be very useful there.

What a buffoon.

Of course you will deny. That's a no brainer.

No disrespect to the immensely talented Nkem (we are not worthy, we are not worthy) but the comments page for this post is almost more gripping than the post itself.

Guys let peace reign supreme. I certainly didn't start blogging for no beef and I don't think anyone needs the associated quanta.

Re: Togo I can't sympathise. I was actually hoping they would carry out their threat and not play and really bring shame to themselves, truth is the resultant effect would be the same I think they will lose all their games (I can't see them getting anything against France either)

Excellent logic there, Can't be faulted. Even though there wasn't any denial at all, but let's not let facts get in the way of your flawless logic.

How is your setting up of the CSI Crime Lab going?

BTW, I have a magic stone here that is keeping dragons from appearing and incinerating everything in sight.

It is only because of my magic stone that life on this planet still exists.

The fact that no dragons have appeared and destroyed all living creatures on earth is unmitigated proof that my magic stone works.

The magic stone is available to you for a small fee. Only clever clogs like yourself understand fully the logic of the magic stone.

@ kemi: so you're the stone keeper! i've been searching the galaxy for 12 and a half millenia for the gemstone of alluta and lo and behold i find it on Nkems's blog. i knew the internet was good for something.

The togolese play a french team who need to win by a heavy margin to assure progress...Oh boy that should be fun. EVERYONE, PLEASE WATCH TOGO FRANCE!!! I SWEAR ITS GUARANTEED TO BE THE GAME OF THE TOURNAMENT SO FAR!

The magic stone will be put up for auction soon enough. I just need to find enough "clever" people before i open up the bidding.

Back to Football:
I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Togo does not have its act together. Their coach is suing someone in their FA, people haven't been paid, etc. They are not in the mental state to do anything decent.

To me the game of the tournament will be in Group E where there is still a chance for each to go through.
